Error message “Redo/Cancel”

Hi

I was using SafeSky today for the first time in flight. Really cool!

But after approx 20 minutes it was showing strange error messages, which was distracting. See attached.

iPhone 15 pro.

That’s indeed an unexpected alert. I guess you’re using the latest version of SafeSky, but can you please provide me the version ? You can fin it at the very bottom of the menu.

Hi! It is Version 3.0.9. I think this is the latest in the AppStore.

We eventually spotted the issue, unrelated with SafeSky.

That usually means the iPhone or iPad is being shaken, to disable that mechanism:
Accessibility > Touch > Shake to Undo

Oh, this totally makes sense. I turned this feature off now and will try again with one of my next flights.

BTW, I really love SafeSky. Tried it out yesterday for the first time. I feel much safer in the air now.
As soon as I have a new iPad, I will buy the premium plan. Keep up the great work :clap:
