Thanks for your message and your Premium subscription.
I’m not sure what issue you are reporting. I checked your account, and you should probably first update to the latest release from the App Store as I see you have an old one.
Then, simply follow this video tutorial to connect to SkyDemon:

I checked your account, and it seems that your Apple purchase did not activate in SafeSky as it expired on 26/06/2022.
We are going to help don’t worry. Could you please update SafeSky App to the latest version from the Apple Store (I see you are running an old one) and check again the “Traffic sharing” menu. If your Premium is activated, the big yellow ‘Premium’ text should have disappeared, and you should be able to activate traffic sharing (will not be grey any more).
If this is still not working, please send me by email a screenshot of your SafeSky profile page in case your account his associated with another email.

unfortunately I have to say that I was not happy with this app I paid for a service that I will not be able to use because it doesn’t work I ask the administrators to kindly refund my money since I am not using the app. they are not giving me any help after i show you my payment

I subscribed in October 23 and have never mabaged to get a working overlay. Have a small cockpit. Now to rub salt in the wound the damned thing say I need a subscription if I want premium features
