I am having great difficulty( impossible) to find where I can cancel the automatic renewal. Please assist

The steps you need to take to finish renewing your subscription are linked to your store (Apple or Google). We have no access to these.
I advise you to do an internet search using the following key phrases:
How do I unsubscribe from an application on the Apple Store?
How do I unsubscribe from an application on Play Store?
You can cancel your subscription directly from your account; we can’t take any action on these two stores.
On the other hand, if you bought it directly on our site, there is no automatic renewal, so you don’t need to do anything.
