I have paid my bill for premium, I am logged in, but SafeSky continues to invite me to buy premium; also it does not work together with VFRNav (GDL90)
Any suggestions?

Hi @Daedalos_EDLO,

Since the GDL90 functionality requires an active Premium subscription, it’s understandable that it’s not working yet. Once we identify the issue with your subscription, the feature should work seamlessly.

thank You for offering support! Well, I didn’t instantly see to it after the problems occured. I upgraded to premium about 1 year ago, and first it worked fine with VFRNav. Then the targets disappeared after a few minutes, and I had to shift between the apps to get them shown again. Now I paid the 2nd subscription year, and I suppose with that something went wrong, because the app now keeps asking me to subscribe. But the problems definitely began before that… I meanwhile checked the background services of my OS, but I’m not sure if I met them all.
-I just checked my bank account and paypal and could not find any payment; for I am sure there was something and I automatically paid for the second year…? Nevertheless, If I try to upgrade to premium in the App, it shows me some advertisement, but no subscribe-button… very strange everything!

Hello, I am not after it consequently, but I still have the same problem. Somehow the resubscription for premium did not work, and somehow there was no payment…
But I don’t find any button to subcribe again! In the App there are several buttons which say “upgrade”, but whenever I hit one of them, it leads me to an advertisement with some pages what I would get with premium, but no “subscribe here”-Button. I tried deeinstall and reinstall the App, but no change. How the hell can I send You my money?! I would prefer a proper support-hotline/adress rather than a forum.

thank You very much. At the moment the key problem is that I cannot subscribe for premium. I had a subscription until August, but then something with the renewal seems not to have worked.

In the App there are several buttons labeled “PREMIUM”, but hitting them only leads to an advert with 7 sheets explaining what achievements premium will bring, but no possibility to actually subscribe.

Is there any other way to subscribe? Perhaps then the issue will be fixed…

Thank you for the details. We’re working on a fix for this issue in an upcoming update.

In the meantime, please:

  1. Check that there are no restrictions on in-app purchases in your Play Store or device settings.
  2. Confirm if purchase buttons are visible in other apps (no need to make a purchase).
