How are the traffic warning parameters calculated.?
You have the red and amber traffic warnings based on time but what about the height envelope ie the area around your own aircraft.
I have used TCAS and familiar with the technical and operational parameters so interested in the more technical aspects of your system.
For example: should you have traffic closing in or catching up with your aircraft at the same altitude from 6 oclock position but at a slow closure rate then distance from your aircraft rather than time becomes the factor to trigger the warning.
