SafeSky stopped by itself

Yesterday when starting a flight I started SafeSky and Skydemon.

But for some reason SafeSky stopped and did not update Skydemon.

I read somewhere “SafeSky is supposed to turn after 10 minutes of no flight activity.”

What is defined as ‘flight activity’?
In the case yesterday we had a relative long preparation of the flight before moving. Was this the reason SafeSky stopped.

If that is the case it is extremely annoying as then the location data is not valid anymore an d you have to stop ‘flying’ in Skydemon to reset to another location service, causing missing important log data in Skydemon.

From the Safesky documentation it say this:

“If you forget to stop the flight while grounded, the SafeSky application will automatically stop after 10 minutes of aerial inactivity”.

I would think that lack of aircraft movement for more than 10 minutes after pressing “Take Off” would cause the app to stop.

Then that is very unwanted behavior. I need to press take-off in SafeSky to also get location data to SkyDemon on the ground. So I start SafeSky before pressing ‘fly’ in SkyDemon, which is well before engine start. 10 mins on ground is not an exception.

The 10 mins should be user selectable at least. Sometimes 10 mins is just too short.
