Registration Problem

This is a proxy account, my e-mail is another one than my primary registration.
MY PROBLEM: under my original, correct account (premium, expires 21.07.2022), UserName “Walter”, I cannot log in, neither reset my password using the original e-mail, nor my username (“Incorrect mail, user, or PW”). Please help by e-mailing me.
