Problem with LTE

I have tested Aero Tracker at home in Poland and it worked fine. I moved for work to Czechia and LTE after initially going green starts blinking red and shows in app network as Unknown despite having good signal bars. What is the issue. I have Premium Connect Europe Plus subscription. I reset the unit to factory but nothing changed.

I presume you also powered off, then back on?

The LTE connection disables itself after 10 mins (or thereabouts) if the Tracker is not moving. This is to minimise unnecessary data transfers..

@tnowak is correct, LTE will automatically tun off after 10 minutes of non-activity on the ground.

We are also aware of a SIM card update that was performed by the network provider. Could you please try again to turn it ON, and confirm that now LTE should be working as normal?
