Which ground station network are you referring to? I have a RPi based ADS-B Exchange receiver and followed their instructions. I also feed the ADSB.fi network and simply added a short script to do this.
You can go to adsb.im It is very easy to set up for a raspberry.
Don’t forget to select all free aggregators. Safesky will benefit for your data if enough receivers are around you to calculate MLAT position for aircraft with mode S only
