Stratux or Sentry Plus generate targets

Hi. I am currently testing 3 systems for target detection of other aircraft. Stratux, Sentry Plus and Safesky.
Is it possible that Stratux and the Sentry Plus generate their own signal which communicate to the safesky that there is another aircraft nearby? Safesky kept informing me that a collision was about to occur. At first I thought I had entered the wrong hex code. But the hex-code was clearly correct. Is the problem the Sentry Plus or the stratux?
