I am not getting traffic warnings showing on my SafeSky app nor SkyDemon. I have configured SafeSky to work with SkyDemon and I have asked it to connect to gdl90 devices. The traffic shows in neither. My friend who is sat next to me with the same setup gets warnings. I have tried installing and uninstalling and it works for one flight then stops. I have the premium version.
This may be caused by an incorrect time setting on your device.
Please check that the date and time are set automatically. If they already are, try switching the automatic setting off and back on to resynchronise the device clock.

I had set my tablet to UTC, as that’s the aviation standard, and gradually the traffic stopped showing. Resetting it to “automatic timezone” made the traffic show up again.
Can SafeSky check the local timezone setting or is it due to time inaccuracies when device time is off by a few seconds?
SafeSky uses the device clock to extrapolate aircraft positions between updates. The traffic data received from the server contains the timestamp of the last known position, and the app uses the elapsed time together with the aircraft’s speed and direction to estimate its current position. This helps compensate for the latency between the server position and what is displayed on the device.
If the device clock is incorrect, this extrapolation becomes invalid. Aircraft positions may also appear to SafeSky as being either in the future or too old, in which case they are discarded and no longer displayed.
