Remove external device

Hi team,
I purchased your Premium Version.
Experimentally added GDL90 as „external device“ because I could not get a stable traffic display in Skydemon (ON/OFF) Traffic disappears every two seconds for ca., 3 second.
Now I want to remove the „external device“ -
You forgot to add a „REMOVE“ Button in the settings dialog of the external device.
I already learned that this is currently a „feature“ (!?) and there is NO WAY (??) to actually remove a device once added. Even DE-INSTALLING and re-installing did not help.

Does that mean, that I have to DELETE MY ACCOUNT - AND CANCEL MY PURCHASE and then REINSTALL THE APP, just to remove a device that doesn`t really exist and was added only for trial purpose.

You can t be serious.?
If there is no other way then take hereby my request to cancel my purchase and to receive the fee as refund.
Alternatively please tell me when the fix is going to be available.

Thank you for your detailed feedback.

You’re absolutely right, despite our continuous testing between releases, the “Remove” button for external devices was inadvertently left out. The development team is already aware of this oversight, and a fix is on the way in the next app update.

In the meantime, I noticed you’ve added several external devices during your experiments. If you’d like, we can manually reset or clean up the list on your behalf, just let us know and we’ll take care of it.

Regarding your initial concern: selecting “SkyDemon” as the output method should not cause any interruption in traffic display. If you’re still seeing instability, we’d be happy to investigate further with you. Make sure to verify App permissions with location services in particular.

Lastly, please note that you’re currently in your one-month free trial of SafeSky Premium. You’re free to cancel anytime directly from the Apple App Store, there will be no charge if you do so before the trial ends.

This issue has been fixed in SafeSky version 3.0.25, please be sure you’ve updated SafeSky and tell us if you see the Remove button.
