Lost all logs after premium subscription was renewed

Hi, just checked my SafeSky app and all my logs from last year have disappeared. My premium subscription has just been renewed! Any ideas on how to get them back?

For privacy raisons, flight logs are stored only on the device today. If the app was removed and re-installed afterwards, then the flight logs will be lost. But given your description, this does not seem to be what happened?

I notice that on your user account, you are using both IOS and Android: do you have flight logs on any of these two devices, or is it lost on both?
