Not compatible with Lenovo Tab P12 Pro tablet

I was surprised when the Google Play Store informed me that SafeSky is not compatible with my Lenovo Tab P12 Pro tablet with Android 13.
Of course the tablet has an integrated GPS and 8 GB of RAM, but it doesn’t have sim
What is the reason for the incompatibility?
